The Secretary must attend all regular club meetings, officer meetings, and all clinics unless has a valid excuse otherwise. The Secretary shall record all minutes of the club meetings thoroughly and post them on the website in a timely fashion. As well as take down minutes of the officer meetings and save for future reference. The secretary must keep all members and officers in the club informed of the happenings of the club. The Secretary must maintain a current Excel sheet of all members; sign in sheets, liability forms, and emergency contact information. The Secretary must keep up to date with a list of all active and non-active members. The Secretary must have the meeting’s sign in sheet, Member Application, and Liability Sheets available at the meeting.
